WEDDING ALBUM DESIGN PROCESS

Step 1 – Choose Your Favourite Photos

Once you’ve received your wedding gallery, it’s time to choose the images you’d like included in your album.

A standard album includes 10 spreads (20 pages) and works best with around 60–70 photographs. If you’d like to include more images, additional spreads can easily be added for an additional cost.

Rather than worrying about an exact number of photos, we recommend selecting all the images you’d love to see in your album. I’ll then design the album around your selection and advise if any extra spreads would be beneficial. If you have a specific album size or budget in mind, you’re welcome to set a maximum number of spreads from the outset.

Current cost of additoonal spreads is £25 per spread, suitable for aroud 6/7 images.

Step 2 – Album Design

Once you’ve submitted your image selection, I’ll create a custom album design that tells the story of your wedding day. This process usually takes a few days.

When your design is ready, a proof will be uploaded to your online gallery for you to review.

Step 3 – Review & Request Changes

You can either approve the design straight away or use the commenting/pin feature to request changes.

Please note that album layouts are carefully designed around the orientation of your chosen photographs. Swapping a portrait image for a landscape image (or vice versa) may require the entire spread to be redesigned rather than simply replacing one photo.

Once you’ve submitted your feedback, I’ll make the requested changes and send the updated design back for final approval.

Step 4 – Choose Your Album Finishes

After you’ve approved the design, you’ll receive a short questionnaire where you can choose:

  • Your album cover material
  • Cover colour
  • Cover text and personalisation
  • Any text you’d like printed on the front
  • Your delivery address

Step 5 – Printing & Delivery

Once your questionnaire has been completed and all details have been confirmed, your album will be sent to production.

As each album is handmade to order, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for printing, production and delivery.

Before you know it, you’ll have a beautifully crafted wedding album to enjoy for years to come.
