Jess & Josh – Crown Lodge, Wye
I first met Jess and Josh just over a year ago, when I popped down to see them to discuss their wedding plans. After a few set backs they decided upon the stunning Crown Lodge in Wye. Crown Lodge overlooks the the Wye downs and has stunning views across Kent and Sussex.
For the morning I was at Jess' home where I covered the girls getting ready, everything ran smoothly and without a hitch and before I knew it, it was time to head off to the glorious Crown Lodge. When I first met Jess and Josh they had the shell of a VW Split screen camper on their driveway, so imagine my amazement when that very camper was at their wedding in all it's glory. Such a stunning finish and a real credit to Josh's hard work. It looked right at home under the trees at the Crown Lodge.
The Crown Lodge, set on top of the downs, is a woodland themed venue with a stunning ceremony area set under a canopy of trees. The reception was held in the stunning woodlands. For the group formal photographs and photographs of Jess and Josh alone we made full use of THAT view.
With evening entertainment provided by the very awesome Liberty Park Band, the evening was danced away. AS the the light dropped we made full use of the stunning ground to create some awesome night time portraits, so make sure you scroll to the very end.
