Elly & Tony – The Secret Garden, Ashford

Elly and Tony's big day started in Faversham. Bridal hair and makeup was done by the lovely Hannah. After a very relaxed morning, we were off the the Secret Garden in Ashford. I've been here a few times and it's always stunning. Bring a late Spring wedding the whole garden was out in beautiful colours. We had not been blessed with the best weather in the lead up to Elly and Tony's wedding day. However the rain stayed away right up until the wedding breakfast was served.

We managed to get enough time to carry out the standard wedding group shots, and then some of just Elly and Tony enjoying the wonderful surrounding of the Secret Garden. It's always lovely to schedule a bit of time away from your guests to have some couples photos done. It gives you a bit of time to reflect on the day and get some photographs for the album.

The wedding breakfast was served in the glass house, which is a perfect setting for an intimate wedding party. The greenhouse looked amazing with a few personalised touches that added to their day.  I covered up until the wedding breakfast as the reception was a quiet affair just after.

It's days like these that make me love my job as a Kent wedding photographer, I wish Elly and Tony all the best for the future and I can't wait to be back at the Secret Garden in Ashford really soon.
